The Mazinaw Lake Swim Program, (MLSP) is a go this year and will run from July 3rd to July 28th at Bon Echo Provincial Park. Registration will be beginning soon, May 29th for local swimmers and June 5th for non-resident swimmers.
I spoke with Jennifer North, Water Resources Technologist, at the MVCA early Monday morning regarding the high-water level of Kashwakamak Lake. She said they are in the process of getting the “upper lakes” under control (Mazinaw and Shabomeka).
