North Frontenac Short Term Rental Guidelines

The following guidelines are for Short Term Rental (STR) owners in North Frontenac. There are differing opinions for this business related to the Township being asked to implement a By-law and Licencing to control this business. From a Township perspective we are hesitant to put a By-law in place and would rather provide this Guideline as a first step to address concerns from the residents at large.
