North Frontenac October 24th Municipal Election – Candidate Responses

Recognizing the difficulty for many voters to know the views of the North Frontenac mayor and council candidates on issues important to cottage owners, the North Frontenac Lake Association – NFLAA (20 Lake associations including Kashwakamak) posed four questions to each of the candidates.

Attached are the replies received from seven candidates.

When offered the opportunity to reply to the questions, candidates were informed that NFLAA would distribute the replies and also note those who did not reply.

We hope this information is useful as you prepare to vote.  Cottage owners account for over 60% of tax revenues in North Frontenac. Please make sure you are on the Voter’s List.   An information sheet from the Township is attached to guide your actions
